| 1. Remove a half shaft. |
| 2. Measure cover length in a collected state. |

3. Remove collars and displace a cover in a middle part of a half shaft. |
| 4. If the CV JOINT does not change, then put tags of mutual orientation of the case of the CV JOINT concerning a half shaft. |
|
5. Remove the CV JOINT case so, rollers have to remain on a hinge tripod. |
|
6. Apply tags on a tripod and on half shafts. |
|
7. Get a lock ring. |
| 8. Remove a hinge tripod. |
| 9. Wash out the CV JOINT in kerosene and carefully dry. |
| 10. Attentively examine the hinge. |
| 11. At detection of the slightest signs of wear replace the CV JOINT. |
| 12. The new CV JOINT is selected on marking on the side surface of the replaced hinge. |
| 13. Wrap up a tape of a vent of a half shaft. |
| 14. Put on a collar and a cover a half shaft. |
| 15. Remove a tape and dress a hinge tripod, having combined the put tags (if the CV JOINT did not change). |
| 15. Fix the hinge by a new lock ring. |
| 16. Put special lubricant (it is delivered complete with the new hinge) in the hinge case, distribute lubricant around rollers. |
| 17. Put on the hinge case a tripod, having combined the put tags of the case and a half shaft (if the CV JOINT did not change). |
| 18. Dress a cover on the CV JOINT case, dress a new collar. |

19. Tighten a collar, bend the termination of a collar and fix by ears. |
| 20. Establish a cover so that length measured when dismantling was sustained. |
| 21. Make sure that the edge of a cover came into a half shaft flute. |
| 22. Fix a cover by a small collar. |
| 23. Establish a half shaft. |
