4.7. Pump of cooling liquid

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Merge cooling liquid.
3. Take off all belts.
4. Record a pulley of the pump of cooling liquid, having wrapped up an old belt, turn off bolts and remove a pulley.
5. Unscrew the case of the thermostat and carefully displace aside, without having damaged conducting. If necessary disconnect hoses and wires.
6. Turn off bolts and remove the pump, having carefully knocked or having loosened to destroy consolidation.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check a condition of the case and a krylchatka, radial and axial side plays of the roller of the pump, freedom of rotation of a krylchatka.
2. The pump is not subject to dismantling and is replaced as the uniform unit.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear the pump, the demountable plane of the block of cylinders and the case of the thermostat.
2. Apply sealant on the demountable surfaces of the pump (at the left – the pump with the block of cylinders, on the right – the pump with the thermostat case).
3. Install the pump and tighten bolts with the set moment.
4. Grease carvings of two lower bolts with the fixing structure.
5. Establish a pulley, tighten bolts with the set moment.
6. Apply sealant on the demountable surface of the case of the thermostat
7. Install the thermostat on the pump, tighten bolts with the set moment.
8. Put on belts, adjust a tension.
9. Fill in liquid.
10. Connect the battery to weight.
