1. At hit of the liquids differing from recommended system it is necessary to wash out and replace everything a sealant.
2. Before removal of air it is necessary to eliminate any violation of tightness of a hydraulic actuator.
3. Install the car on a plain surface, stop the engine and turn on the emergency brake.
4. Remove caps and wipe absolutely everything the union.
5. Uncover a tank, add liquid to mark MOVE.
6. Leaky wrap a cover, considering that the level of liquid should be supported always above the mark MIN.
7. In the absence of a special set of work on removal of air it is necessary to perform together.
8. When using special set be guided by the instruction attached to set.
9. Irrespective of a way it is necessary to observe the sequence of pumping.
10. If the hydraulic actuator is depressurized partially, then it is possible to be limited to removal of air only from the depressurized contour.
11. Sequence of pumping of brakes: back left, forward right, back right, forward left.
12. Prepare a transparent vessel and a hose.
|
|
13. Dress a hose on the union (at the left the arrow specified an union cap).
14. Place other end of a hose in a vessel, having poured a little liquid.
15. Check liquid level in a tank.
16. Ask the assistant to press several times a pedal of a brake and to hold.
17. Unscrew the union on 1 turn. When liquid ceases to follow wrap the union and ask the assistant to release a pedal.
18. Check liquid level in a tank.
19. Repeat such cycle until air is not removed from system what lack of bubbles in the liquid following through a hose testifies to. Between separate cycles maintain about 5 sec.
20. Establish a dustproof cap, wrap the union, remove a hose and dress a cap.
21. Repeat the procedure on other wheels.
22. Check liquid level in a tank.
23. Upon termination of pumping the pedal of a brake has to be "rigid".
24. Otherwise repeat the procedure.
25. If after pumping repetition the pedal remains "soft", then wear of cuffs of cylinders is the reason.
