12.4. Lower lever

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and establish on supports.
2. Remove a wheel.
3. Turn off a nut of fastening of thirst of the stabilizer for the lower lever of a suspension bracket.
4. Turn off two bolts (are specified by shooters) fastenings of a collar of the lever to a suspension bracket cross-piece, remove a collar.
5. Release a nut (it is specified by an arrow) lever axes.
6. Rasshplintuyte also turn off a nut of a spherical support of the lever.
7. Disconnect the lever from a rotary fist, выпрессовав a spherical support.
8. Turn off a lever axis nut, remove a washer.
9. Displace the lever down and disconnect from draft of the stabilizer, remove the plug and a washer.
10. Remove the lever from an axis and get from under the car.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check a condition of the lever and plugs, existence on these details of wear tracks, cracks and other damages.
2. Check a side play of a spherical support, freedom of rotation of a spherical finger in the case. check a condition of a rubber cover.
3. The lever represents a non-demountable design and is replaced assembled. Plugs and a spherical support are not subject to separate replacement.

Installation

Prevention

All fastenings of the lever finally drag on after removal of the car from a jack.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Dress the lever on an axis.
2. Attach draft of the stabilizer, previously having established a washer and the plug of draft (the washer has to be turned by the convex party to the plug).
3. Dress a washer and wrap a new nut, without tightening.
4. Attach a spherical support to a fist, wrap a nut, without tightening.
5. Establish a collar of the lower lever, wrap bolts.
6. Install on draft of the stabilizer the lower plug and a washer (the washer has to be turned by the convex party to the plug), wrap a new nut.
7. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
8. Release the emergency brake, roll the car forward and back, shake a forward part.
9. Delay all fastenings of the lever with the set moments, a zashplintuyta a support nut the new forelock.
10. Upon termination of check the angles of installation of wheels.
