12.6. Stabilizer of cross stability of a forward suspension bracket

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and establish on supports.
2. Remove a wheel.
	3. Turn off a nut of fastening of thirst for a stabilizer cross-piece (And – a nut of fastening of thirst of the stabilizer for the lower lever, In – a nut of fastening of thirst for a stabilizer cross-piece), remove a washer.
4. Repeat actions on the opposite termination of the stabilizer.
	5. Turn off bolts (are specified by shooters) stabilizer collars.
6. Remove the stabilizer.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. If on rubber buffers damages are found, then replace buffers, having established them so that the painted corbel on a cross-piece of the stabilizer was turned to buffer inside.
2. The stabilizer is installed upside-down.
	3. The groove under a bolt on a collar has to be turned towards a back part of the car (the direction is specified by an arrow, 1 – the stabilizer, 2 – a tag (the painted corbel)).
	4. The hinge of draft of the stabilizer has to be located on the center of the arch described by draft at its shift. In this situation the hinge has to be completely unloaded (at the left – the wrong oriyentatsia, on the right – correct).
5. To tighten all nuts and bolts only after removal of the car from a jack and draft of a suspension bracket.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and establish on supports.

2. Remove a wheel.

3. Turn off a nut of fastening of thirst for a stabilizer cross-piece, remove a washer.

4. Turn off a nut of fastening of thirst for the suspension bracket lever, remove the plug and a washer.

5. Remove draft, plugs and washers.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. If necessary replace draft plugs.

2. Draft is established upside-down.

3. Replace draft nuts, establish a washer by the convex party to the plug.

4. The hinge of draft of the stabilizer has to be located on the center of the arch described by draft its shift.
