6.1.6. Fuel tank

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before removal of the fuel tank merge as much as possible gasoline. It is desirable to devastate a tank a trip as the drain stopper is not provided.
2. Disconnect the battery from weight.
3. Lift a back part of the car and establish on supports.
4. Disconnect a jellied mouth from a body.
5. Disconnect fuel hoses.
6. Substitute a support under a tank (it is desirable the cart with a jack).
7. Turn off bolts of a forward thermal guard (if it is provided).
8. Disconnect the socket from the fuel sensor.
9. Turn off bolts of fastening of a tank.
10. Slowly lower a tank, disconnecting ventilating tubes in process of access.
11. Remove a tank, designate and remove rubber pillows.
12. Wash out a tank and examine.
13. The tank is integral, it is made of plastic therefore at detection of damages it should be replaced.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is carried out upside-down.
2. Check correctness of laying of all hoses, track that there were no perezhatiya.
3. Before a trip be convinced of lack of a leak of fuel.
