6.1.11. Sensors and valves of the carburetor

Removal and installation

PRESSURE PRESSURE SENSOR

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The sensor is mounted on the left cap of a suspension bracket.
2. Disconnect the battery from weight.
3. Unscrew screws raise the sensor and disconnect a hose (2) and the socket (1), remove the sensor.
4. Installation is carried out upside-down.

TRANSISTOR MODULE

See subsection 7.7.6.

VALVE OF CORRECTION OF COMPOSITION OF MIX

Cm. subsection 6.1.10.2.

SOLENOIDAL VALVES

Cm. subsection 6.1.10.2, subitem 18-26.

For expansion of a workplace remove the air filter.

SWITCH OF THE BUTTERFLY VALVE

Switch arrangement

The switch of a throttle zasloka is mounted on the right side of the carburetor.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew two screws.
2. Disconnect wires and remove the switch.
3. At installation adjust the switch.
4. For adjustment warm up and stop the engine, disconnect the socket with switch wires.
5. Connect crossing points conclusions of the gate-type valve and connect an ohmmeter (shooters specified conclusions for connection of an ohmmeter).
6. Start the engine, bring turns to 2000 rpm and slowly reduce, watching an ohmmeter which has to show the closed chain, and on 1200 rpm – disconnection (the switch works).
7. If necessary adjust the switch a uvula podgibaniye.
8. Stop the engine and attach the socket.

SENSOR OF TEMPERATURE OF COOLING LIQUID

Cm. subsection 4.6.3.

CONTROL UNIT

The block is mounted or under one of front seats, or under the central section of the forward panel.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove a seat or the central section.
3. Unscrew screws and remove the block, disconnect conducting.
4. At installation be convinced of correctness of all connections.

SENSOR OF THE ANGLE OF ROTATION OF THE CRANKSHAFT

The sensor enters a design of the distributor of ignition and separately is not removed.

At an exit from the sensor of a system all distributor in collecting changes (see subsection 7.7.4).

COUPLING SWITCHING OFF SENSOR

It is mounted on an arm of the block of pedals.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight, remove the lower panel.
2. Disconnect wires, turn off a nut and remove the switch.
3. At installation check adjustment of a pedal of coupling and adjust the sensor.
4. For adjustment connect an ohmmeter to sensor conclusions and adjust situation so that at the released pedal there was a gap, and at slightly pressed – the closed chain.
5. Tighten a nut.

SENSOR OF NEUTRAL PROVISION OF TRANSMISSION

Cm. subsection 9.1.4.

THE SWITCH OF CORRECTION OF IDLING DURING THE OPERATION OF THE HYDRAULIC BOOSTER

The switch is built in in a contour of the hydraulic booster, in the right back part of a motor compartment.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Put wheels in driving position on a straight line and disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Disconnect the socket from the switch.
3. Unscrew the switch and muffle an opening in a tube, get a sealant.
4. At installation replace a sealant.

CAR SPEED SENSOR

The sensor is mounted in a speedometer.
