| 1. Remove drums. |
| 2. Clear a board of a brake and drums. |
| 3. Pay attention to an arrangement of back and forward blocks, springs and the regulator of a gap between blocks and drums. |
|
4. Remove clamping springs of blocks for what press a cap and turn on 90 °. |
| 5. Remove springs, caps and get pins from the brake board back. |
|
6. Carefully give on yourself and remove blocks assembled with the regulator and a cable of the emergency brake. |
| 7. Disconnect the top and lower springs of blocks. |
| 8. If necessary tie with a wire the cylinder that there were no pistons if on the cylinder there are traces of dribbles, then replace or repair the cylinder. |
|
9. Disconnect the regulator and a spring from a forward block. |
|
10. Disconnect the regulator and a spring from a back block. |
|
11. Remove the regulator lever from a forward block. |
|
12. Disconnect a cable of the emergency brake from the lever. |
|
13. Get a lock washer. |
| 14. Remove an axis of the lever and remove the lever from a back block. |
| 15. Attach a lock washer the lever of the emergency brake to a new block. |
Prevention
Levers of the drive of the emergency brake for the left and right wheels differ.
|
| 16. Slightly grease with special lubricant of a surface of contact of a board of a brake with blocks. |
|
17. Establish a block on a board and attach a cable of the emergency brake to the lever, previously having convinced of correctness of orientation of a spring of the lever. Fix a block, having established a pin, a spring and having turned a cap. |
|
18. Make sure that the top end face of a block came into a groove on the speaker from the cylinder a piston end face. |
|
19. Attach a regulator spring to the top part of a back block, having hooked on a spring from that party of a block which is turned to a board. |
|
20. Dress the lower returnable spring on a back block, having hooked on a spring from that party of a block which is turned outside. |
|
21. Establish a forward block and hook on a regulator spring for a pin from the block back. Dress the lower returnable spring on a forward block. |
| 22. Truncate a strut of blocks, rotating a gear nut. |
| 23. Grease the surfaces of contact of a strut, levers of the emergency brake and the regulator with special lubricant. |
|
24. Install the regulator, having rested against the corresponding grooves in blocks. |
|
25. Check correctness of installation of the regulator. |
|
26. Establish a forward block in the place, fix by a pin, a spring and having turned a cap. The top part of a block has to come into a cylinder groove, and lower – into an emphasis on a brake board. |
|
27. Install the regulator lever on a back block so that the lever entered gearing with an axis and a gear nut. |
|
28. Dress the top coupling spring. Hook on the extended part for an opening in the regulator lever, and short – for a pin on a forward block. |
| 29. Check correctness of installation of all details. |
| 30. Rotating a gear nut, reduce blocks so that it was possible to dress a drum. |
| 31. Repeat the described actions with a brake of other wheel and dress drums. |
| 32. Before departure check work of brakes. |
