3.1.1.15. Flywheel

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the check point (see subsection 9.1) and coupling (see subsection 8.5).
2. Record a flywheel from a provorachivaniye.
3. Turn off bolts and carefully remove a flywheel.
4. If necessary remove about an intensifying plate and pins.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At detection of damages the flywheel should be replaced with clutch plate prileganiye surfaces.
2. In case of wear or loss of teeths the wreath should be replaced. Replacement of a wreath of a flywheel is recommended to be carried out in service of Nissan car service.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the directing pins and an intensifying plate.
2. Clear the interfaced surfaces of a flywheel and the crankshaft.
3. Dress a flywheel on the crankshaft and wrap fastening bolts.
4. Record a flywheel from a provorachivaniye and tighten bolts with the set moment.
5. Establish coupling and the check point.
