Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Right epiploon (epiploon of a cover of the chain drive)
1. Remove a crankshaft pulley.
2. Carefully get an epiploon, having hooked it the big screw-driver, not having damaged at the same time gear wheels of the oil pump and a cover.
3. Clear the case of an epiploon and remove all agnails and sharp edges which can be the main reason for destruction of an epiploon.
4. Grease working edges of a new epiploon with a thin layer of jellied lubricant, carefully put an epiploon into place so that sponges of working edges were turned inside, do not damage at the same time an epiploon edge. Press a mandrel an epiploon against the stop in a fillet on the periphery of an epiploon. Diameter of a mandrel has to be such that at a press fitting the mandrel rested against external edges of an epiploon. At a press fitting do not damage working edges of an epiploon.
5. Remove the lubricant remains, then establish a crankshaft pulley.
Back epiploon (flywheel epiploon / drive plate of the hydrotransformer)
6. Remove a flywheel (or a drive plate of the hydrotransformer).
7. By means of the big screw-driver with a flat edge hook an epiploon for an internal edge and evenly take an epiploon from the block of cylinders, at the same time do not damage the surface of the crankshaft and the block of cylinders.
8. Clear an installation site of an epiploon and remove all agnails and sharp edges which can cause destruction of an epiploon first of all.
9. Grease working edges of a new epiploon and the condensed crankshaft neck with a thin layer of jellied lubricant, correctly orient an epiploon concerning a crankshaft case.
10. Hands, without applying any instrumen, carefully dress working edges of an epiploon on the condensed crankshaft neck. Press an epiploon without distortions against the stop of a fillet on the periphery of an epiploon in ring-shaped inflow on a case of the crankshaft / block of cylinders. If necessary it is allowed to besiege an epiploon in the place easy blows of the hammer with soft brisk.
11. Remove the lubricant remains, then establish a flywheel (or a drive plate of the hydrotransformer).
