| 1. Put the car on the emergency brake, then lift a forward part of the car and establish on supports. Disconnect the battery from weight. |
| 2. Unscrew screws and remove a plastic casing under the engine. |
| 3. Merge oil from the engine. After a drain of oil clear a drain stopper, turn and tighten with the set moment. If works are performed at approach of term of replacement of oil and the filter, then it is recommended to replace the filter also. After assembly in the engine fill in fresh oil. |
| 4. Being guided by the description in subsection 6.1.13, disconnect a reception pipe of the muffler from a final collector. |
|
5. In the sequence return specified rice. The sequence of an inhaling of nuts and bolts of the aluminum oil pallet, turn off all bolts of fastening of the small pallet stamped from steel to the basis of the main pallet cast from aluminum alloy. Open with blows of a palm consolidation of the small pallet and get it from under the car. |

| 6. Turn off bolts and remove a maslootrazhatelny plate from the basis of the aluminum pallet. |
| 7. Slightly raise a transmission case a jack, having laid a board that the jack apprehended unit weight. It is also possible to hang out the engine on a traverse or on a waist. |
| 8. On cars from the manual transmission mark with a marker a bolt arrangement on an arm of a forward support. On these tags the bolt will be established at assembly. Release and turn off a nut, then get a coupling bolt of a support. |
| 9. On all cars release and turn off a nut of a coupling bolt and get a bolt from a back support of the power unit. |
| 10. Release and turn off four bolts of fastening of the central longeron to a body, remove a longeron assembled and get from under the car. Remove a restrictive ring which is established between a back support and an arm. |
11. On the cars equipped with the conditioner release and turn off bolts of fastening of the lower arm of the compressor of the conditioner to the aluminum pallet.
Prevention
The compressor should not be removed.

12. Turn off two bolts of an overlay of the pallet.

| 13. Remove a slip then access to two nuts of fastening of the pallet will be provided. |
|
14. In the sequence return specified in the drawing, turn off nuts and bolts of fastening of the aluminum pallet to the basis of the block of cylinders. |
|
15. Turn off two bolts of fastening (1) of a flange part of the oil pallet to a transmission case. These bolts should be screwed in nearby carving openings (2) and to use them for removal of the oil pallet from the block of cylinders by a wraparound. Wrap bolts against the stop in the demountable plane of the block of cylinders, then serially tighten bolts, gradually increasing effort, providing thereby removal of the pallet, uniform without distortions, from the basis of the block of cylinders. |

16. Remove the aluminum pallet and turn out the bolts used for separation of the pallet from the block of cylinders. |
Prevention
On the cars equipped with automatic transmission it can be necessary for removal of the pallet to disconnect a selector lever cable from transmission.

|
| 17. Until the pallet is removed turn off two bolts and remove from a framework of covers of radical bearings of the crankshaft an oil receiver with the filter of rough cleaning and a maslootrazhatelny plate. Remove the ring laying established between the filter of an oil receiver and a cover of a chain of the mechanism of gas distribution. Wash out the filter of rough cleaning in solvent. Check existence of contaminations or gaps in an oil receiver filter grid. At any signs of damages replace an oil receiver assembled with the filter of rough cleaning. |
| 18. Check existence of signs of damages on rubber plugs of the central longeron, in need of the plug replace. |
