Removal

Flywheel – cars from the manual transmission
1. Remove the check point, then remove coupling assembled.
2. Record a flywheel from a provorachivaniye for a gear wreath by means of adaptation (it is specified by an arrow). For fixing it is possible to use as well a corner which rests an end face against tooth of a wreath of a flywheel and fastens a bolt in an opening of the block of cylinders.
3. Weaken and turn off bolts of fastening of a flywheel. Take measures not to drop a flywheel, so this detail heavy.
4. If necessary remove a slip from the block of cylinders, previously having marked its orientation. When weakening adjusting pins of a plate remove pins and you store together with a slip.

5. Remove transmission.
6. Record a drive plate (see item 2).
7. Turn off bolts of fastening of a drive plate, remove a restrictive plate of a disk.
8. Remove the coupling installed between a drive plate and the crankshaft.
9. If necessary remove a slip from the block of cylinders, previously having marked orientation of a slip. When weakening adjusting pins of a plate remove pins and you store together with a slip.

Check of a state

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On cars from the manual transmission check existence for surfaces of a prileganiye of the conducted clutch plate to a flywheel of deep furrows, check existence of chips and wear on flywheel wreath teeths. At detection on a working surface of cracks, traces of deep development and other damages the flywheel should be replaced. Nevertheless, the damaged surface can be proshlifovat, but for this purpose it is necessary to consult in service of Nissan car service, or with the expert.
2. On cars with automatic transmission carefully check existence of signs of deformation of a drive plate of the hydrotransformer, check also existence of the thin cracks beginning on openings under bolts or the cracks dispersing from the central part to the periphery. Check existence on teeths of a wreath of chips and signs of wear. At detection of any signs of wear or damages replace a drive plate.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Flywheel – cars from the manual transmission
1. Install pins (if acted) and an overlay on the block of cylinders.
2. Clear contact surfaces of a flywheel and the crankshaft.
3. Establish a flywheel and wrap bolts.
4. Record a flywheel in the way stated above and tighten bolts with the set moment.
5. Install the coupling mechanism assembled. Remove the device for fixing of a flywheel and establish the check point.
Drive plate of the hydrotransformer – cars with automatic transmission
6. Install pins (if acted) and an overlay on the block of cylinders.
7. Clear contact surfaces of a drive plate and the crankshaft.
8. Install the coupling on a back part of a drive plate and dress a disk assembled with the coupling on the crankshaft.
9. Establish a restrictive plate and wrap bolts.
Record a drive plate in the way stated above and tighten bolts with the set moment.
10. Remove the device for fixing of a drive plate and establish transmission.
