1. Disconnect a wire of the negative plug of the accumulator.
2. Remove a casing of the air filter (see subsection 6.3.1.2).
3. Squeeze fixing clips and disconnect connection sockets from a potentiometer of a butterfly valve, the additional valve of air supply, the sensor of an air stream and wires of an injector.
4. Also disconnect the socket of connection of the heating element established between the case of a butterfly valve and an inlet collector.
5. Release pressure from fuel system (see subsection 6.3.1.7).
6. Then release fixing collars and disconnect a hose of supply of fuel and a hose of the return pipeline from the case of a butterfly valve.
7. Disconnect an accelerator rope from a cam of a butterfly valve on the case of a butterfly valve, then turn off a lock-nut and an adjusting nut and get a rope braid from a fixing arm.
8. On models with the automatic transmission also disconnect a rope of decrease in transfer.
9. Release fixing collars, then, disconnect cooling system hoses behind the case of a butterfly valve and stop up openings of hoses. Make it quickly to minimize loss of cooling liquid.
10. Remember or mark the provision of installation of all vacuum and ventilating hoses in order that it is correct to connect them at installation of the case of a butterfly valve, then, release fixing collars (where are established) and disconnect hoses from the case of a butterfly valve.
11. Turn off and remove the fixing bolts fixing the case of a butterfly valve to an inlet collector and remove the case of a butterfly valve from the car.
12. Remove a heating element.
13. Stop up an opening of an inlet collector with a pure rag in order that dirt or foreign objects did not get to it.
14. If it is necessary, after removal of the case of a butterfly valve turn off fixing screws and divide the top and lower sections.
15. Remove the laying established between them.
