Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the case of a butterfly valve, being guided by the instructions provided in subsection 6.3.1.11.
2. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system, being guided by the instructions provided in subsection 2.4.5.
3. Remember or mark the provision of installation of all vacuum hoses and hoses of the cooling system of an inlet collector.
4. Disconnect them from an inlet collector and if it is necessary, from the corresponding vacuum valves.
5. Not to mix hoses at installation, mark each of hoses at removal.
6. On models with the catalytic converter turn off a nut of connection and disconnect the tube of recirculation of exhaust gases connecting inlet and final collectors from the valve on the left side of an inlet collector.
7. Disconnect the connection socket from the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid on the right side of a collector.
8. If it is necessary, turn off fixing bolts and disconnect a wire (masses (from an inlet collector.
9. Turn off fixing bolts and remove a fixing arm behind an inlet collector.
10. Check that all vacuum / ventilating hoses were disconnected from an inlet collector.
11. Upside-down turn off and remove fixing nuts and bolts.
12. Remove an inlet collector from a head of the block of cylinders and get it from a motive compartment, then remove laying of an inlet collector and you will throw out it.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.
2. At installation pay attention to the next moments.
3. Check that the adjoining surfaces of an inlet collector and a head of the block of cylinders were pure and dry, and establish new laying on bolts of a head of the block of cylinders.
4. Establish an inlet collector and tighten fixing nuts and bolts till the required inhaling moment in that order.
5. Check that all corresponding hoses were connected correctly and reliably fastened (where it is necessary) by means of fixing collars.
6. Install the case of a butterfly valve, being guided by the instructions provided in subsection 6.3.1.11.
7. Upon completion of installation fill in cooling liquid in the cooling system.
