1. If you consider that the system is faulty, disconnect hoses from the electromagnetic operating valve of an admission of air and check that they were not littered, having blown them. The electromagnetic valve is located on the left side of an inlet collector, and the valve of an admission of air is located on the left fastening of a forward suspension bracket. |
2. The electromagnetic valve can be checked as follows. If you want, the valve can be removed, being guided by the instructions provided in subsection 6.4.2.6.1 for access improvement. |
|
3. Connect the power supply on 12 Volts to the electromagnetic valve, as shown in the drawing for models with the carburetor engine and the catalytic converter. Blow in a branch pipe "And" – air has to pass through the valve and to leave through a branch pipe "In". Blow in a branch pipe "In" and check that through the valve there did not pass air. |
4. If the electromagnetic valve does not work as it was expected, so it is faulty, and it needs to be replaced. |
5. For valve check of an admission of air, remove it in the beginning, being guided by the instructions provided in subsection 6.4.2.6.2 then, check it as follows. |
|
6. Blow in a branch pipe "In" and check that the valve did not pass air. Pump out air from a branch pipe "And" and blow in a branch pipe "In" – air has to pass through the valve and to leave a branch pipe "With". Blow in a branch pipe "With" and check that air did not pass through the valve in both cases, is on a branch pipe "And" vacuum or not. |
7. If the valve does not work as it was expected, so it is faulty, and it needs to be replaced. |
