Replacement
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. On models with the carburetor engine turn off two fixing screws and remove a damper of a butterfly valve sideways of the carburetor. |
2. On models with electronic injection of fuel turn off a fixing nut and remove a damper of a butterfly valve from a fixing arm of the case of a butterfly valve. |
3. Installation is carried out upside-down removals. Upon completion of installation start the engine and warm up it up to the normal working temperature. Having left the engine to work in the idling mode, ask the assistant to press slowly a pedal of an accelerator and you watch a damper of a butterfly valve. Note the speed of operation of the engine at which the adjusting screw will concern the end of a rod of a damper. It has to happen at 2500±200 rpm. If adjustment is necessary, turn off a lock-nut and turn the adjusting screw as it is necessary. Again check the speed at which the adjusting screw concerns a damper rod, and tighten a lock-nut when the screw is correctly adjusted. |
