Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a weight cable from the battery.

Prevention

As a result of it electronic memory, for example, a radio receiver code is erased. Before shutdown of the battery it is necessary to read instructions in subsection 7.2.


2. Unscrew a cover of a head of cylinders.
3. Install the piston of the 1st cylinder in the provision of VMT.
4. For this purpose install the transmission on a neutral and tighten the emergency brake.
5. Turn the crankshaft for the central bolt in the direction of rotation of the engine (clockwise) that the notch on a belt pulley of the crankshaft was opposite to an arrow on the engine block.
6. At the same time the cam-shaft has to stand so that cams of the 1st cylinder were turned up.
7. Otherwise turn the crankshaft on 1 turnover in the direction of rotation of the engine forward.
8. Second possibility of rotation of the crankshaft: lift a forward part of the car on the one hand, include the 5th transfer and turn a wheel a hand.
9. Lift the engine a jack with laying to release a forward support of the engine.
10. Unscrew the forward built-in console of the engine.
11. Take off maple a generator belt.
12. If is, take off maple a belt of a servonasos and the compressor of the conditioner.

Prevention

After the engine is installed in a provision of VMT whether muffle transfer and double-check the tag on a belt pulley of the crankshaft coincides with an arrow on the engine block, if necessary modify. If tags coincide, do not change installation of the engine at all.


13. Unscrew a belt pulley of the water pump.
14. Block the engine and unscrew a bolt of fastening of a belt pulley of the crankshaft.
15. For blocking of the engine include the 5th transfer and ask the assistant to press a brake pedal.
16. Remove a crankshaft pulley a usual stripper.

Prevention

Hooks of a stripper have to be hooked only for a reverse side of a belt pulley.


17. Remove the top and lower casing of a gear belt.
18. If the old belt is used again, then it should be marked. On a belt the shooter should put with a felt-tip pen, specifying the direction of rotation. The engine rotates clockwise.
19. Turn a bolt of a tension roller by means of a key under an internal hexagon – the direction of an arrow (1), and a tension roller by means of the second key (2) counterclockwise until the gear belt is weakened. Tighten back a bolt of a tension roller.
20. Unscrew a side plate from a cam-shaft gear wheel.
21. Unscrew an intermediate roller.
22. Take off a gear belt with a crankshaft gear wheel.

Prevention

Do not change more provision of VMT of distributive and cranked shaft. If it is necessary turn a cam-shaft at the taken-off gear belt, you watch that the crankshaft was not in the provision of VMT (otherwise there is a danger of damage of valves and pistons). For this purpose mark the provision of a gear wheel of the crankshaft (apply a color tag on a gear wheel of the crankshaft and on the block of cylinders). Then turn a crankshaft gear wheel on 1/4 turns (90 °) forward or back.


Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check a condition of a gear belt.
2. Check a natyazhitel of a belt for a rust, damages and ease of the course.
3. If it was removed, establish a side plate of a gear wheel of the crankshaft that a slanted part was turned to the engine.
4. Make sure that distributive and cranked shaft are in the provision of VMT of the piston of the 1st cylinder. The segment spline of the crankshaft specifies in the provision of VMT vertically up.
5. Screw an intermediate roller with 40 N.' effort of m.
6. Establish a gear belt with a crankshaft gear wheel. At the same time consider the tag of the direction of rotation put at removal. The belt which was in the use has to rotate only in the same party, as earlier.
7. Tighten a belt pulley of the crankshaft with 150 N.' effort of m.
8. For deduction include the 5th transfer and ask the assistant to press a brake pedal.
9. Combine a white stroke on a gear belt with a tag on a gear wheel of a cam-shaft and the crankshaft (C). Tags (V) on a gear belt will defend on 43 teeth (size A).
10. The arrow on a gear belt has to specify towards a casing.
11. Screw a side plate of a gear wheel of a cam-shaft with 7 N.' effort of m. Previously cover bolts with the Loctite protectant.
12. Weaken tightening a bolt of a natyazhitel of a belt that the natyazhitel pressed a belt.
13. Turn the crankshaft on 2 turns clockwise, at the same time the natyazhitel will give to a belt the correct tension.
14. Before the termination of the 2nd turn, insert the flat probe (1) from above, an arrow between a gear belt (3) and an intermediate gear wheel (2). Probe sizes: width – 12,5 mm, length – 150 mm, thickness – 0,3 mm.
15. Tighten tightening the screw of a tension roller with 40 N.' effort of m, at the same time holding a roller from a provorachivaniye a key, otherwise the belt tension can decrease.
16. Double-check the provision of VMT of distributive and cranked shaft. All tags of VMT at the tense, gear belt have to coincide at the same time, if necessary repeat adjustment.
17. Turn the crankshaft counterclockwise a little and pull out the probe.
18. Screw the lower and top casing with 5 N.' effort of m.
19. Screw a crankshaft pulley for the central bolt with 120 N.' effort of m.
20. For fixing of the crankshaft include the 5th transfer and ask the assistant to press a brake pedal.
21. Screw a belt pulley of the pump of the cooling system with 10 N.' effort of m.
22. Establish a maple belt.
23. Screw a cover of a head of cylinders.
24. Screw a belt pulley of the pump of the cooling system.
25. Screw the forward built-in console of the engine.
26. Attach a cable of mass of the battery.

TNVD DRIVE

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the cylinder 1 piston in the provision of VMT.
2. Remove the air channel with the air filter.
3. Unscrew a casing of a gear belt.
4. Weaken a nut of a tension roller a curved cap key and wring out a tension roller the screw-driver in the direction of an arrow until the gear belt is weakened.
5. Tighten back a nut of a tension roller.

Prevention

For protection of a tension roller wrap up the screw-driver matter.


6. Take off a belt.

Prevention

Do not change the provision of VMT of the camshaft and a gear wheel of TNVD at the taken-off gear belt.


Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check a condition of a gear belt.
2. Check a natyazhitel of a belt for a rust, damages and ease of the course.
3. Make sure that the cam-shaft and TNVD are in the provision of VMT of the piston of the 1st cylinder.
4. Establish a gear belt.
5. Combine white strokes on a belt with tags on a gear wheel of a cam-shaft and a gear wheel of TNVD (C). Tags (V) on a belt will defend on distance And – 23 teeth.
6. The arrow on a gear belt has to be turned towards a casing.
7. Weaken a tightening nut of a tension roller that the natyazhitel pressed on a belt.
8. Turn the crankshaft on 2 turns clockwise, at the same time the natyazhitel will give to a gear belt the correct tension.

Prevention

Do not turn the engine for a cam-shaft gear wheel, otherwise gear belts will be overloaded.


9. Tighten a tightening nut of a tension roller with 20 N.' effort of m, at the same time hold a tension roller the screw-driver, otherwise the tension of a gear belt can decrease.
10. Double-check the VMT installation of a cam-shaft and TNVD. All tags of VMT at the tense gear belt have to coincide at the same time, if necessary repeat adjustment.
11. Screw a casing of a gear belt with 5 N.' effort of m.
12. Install the air channel with the air filter.
