6.2.14. The soaking-up collector

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge a part cooling liquid.
2. Perform the operations described in subitem 1-6 of subsection 6.2.12.
3. Disconnect all details from the gate case.
4. Disconnect all hoses from a collector, previously having designated them.
5. Disconnect a recirculation tube from a collector (the arrow specified a recirculation tube union nut).
6. Disconnect sockets from nozzles and from the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid, remove wires of connection with weight (shooters specified screws of fastening of plugs of connections with weight in the right part of a collector).
7. Remove a collector rack.
8. Execute a decompression of fuel system and disconnect fuel hoses from the fuel distributor, immediately muffle hoses.
9. Make sure that all wires and hoses are disconnected, turn off nuts and bolts. working in the return sequence.
10. Remove a collector and laying.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is carried out upside-down.
2. Before assembly replace laying, having carefully cleared the demountable planes.
3. Track correctness of connection of hoses and wires.
4. Tighten nuts and bolts in the specified sequence.
