6.2.13. Units of system of injection of fuel

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight and remove the air filter.
2. Disconnect a vacuum tube from pressure regulator.
3. Execute a decompression of fuel system and disconnect hoses from the fuel distributor (are specified by shooters).
4. Disconnect wires from nozzles, having wrung out latches.
5. Evenly turn off bolts and carefully remove the distributor assembled with nozzles, get remote plugs of the distributor and a sealant of nozzles.
6. Turn off two bolts of a clamping flange.
7. Remove a nozzle.
8. Get a sealant.
9. Replace everything a sealant and rings of nozzles.
10. Installation is carried out upside-down.
11. Before assembly grease ring laying.
12. Tighten bolts in a diagonal order from the center to the periphery, in 2 stages.
