6.2.11. System of injection of fuel

All cars with injector engines are equipped with a neytralizaor. Adjustable parameter are only idling turns (see subsection 2.2.2).

The code of malfunction is designated by a series long (0,6 c) and short (0,3 c) the flashes of a control lamp and the red indicator on the case of the control unit divided by an interval of 0,9 pages. "Long" flashes specify the first figure of a code, and "short" – the second. Through 2,1 with a series of flashes of the following code of the refusal brought in memory will follow.


1. Before drawing a conclusion about malfunction of system of injection check purity of the filter, installation of ignition, gaps in candles and in valves, a compression in cylinders, be convinced of reliability of fastening of sockets and of lack of corrosion on them.
2. If malfunctions are not revealed, then switch the control unit to the mode 2 self-diagnostics. The code of malfunction is determined by a blinking of the red LED indicator on the right side of the control unit.
3. The registered codes of refusals are stored in memory of the control unit before the 50th inclusion of a starter.
4. If for this period the refusal is not registered any more, then there is its deleting. The code can also be erased, having transferred the block to the mode 2, and then – to the mode 1, or having disconnected the battery at more than 24 o'clock.

Installation of the mode of self-diagnostics

1. Uncover the block of safety locks in which there is a control unit socket.
2. Include ignition, thereby the control unit is transferred to the mode 1.
3. Connect a crossing point conclusions of IGN and CHK of the diagnostic socket. In 2 sec. the control unit is transferred to the mode 2.
4. In the mode 2 only the codes of refusals brought in memory of the control unit are read out.


If codes 11 and 21 are found, then before check of a chain of ignition check a crankshaft sensor chain.

5. If on cars with converter the control unit is transferred to the mode 2, then during launch of the engine the mix verification regime on composition of exhaust gases automatically joins.
6. If indicators light up, then mix poor, blackout of both indicators indicates mix enrichment.
7. For check of the sensor of exhaust gases start the engine, bring turns to 2000 rpm and within 2 min. watch any indicator. At the normal sensor indicators will blink not less than 5 times for 10 pages.
8. Upon termination of leave the mode 2 for what again on 2 with connect conclusions of IGN and CHK on the stopped engine, or switch off ignition and disconnect the battery from weight (on the working engine).
9. For full check of system of injection hand over the car in service of car service.
